Beyond products is a young company that will launch a new type of snowboard binding into the European market. The bindings are unique in combining the advantages of existing bindings with extremely comfortable stepping in. Beyondsnow wants to become a leading market player and offers a wide range of products and services. (

Job description

You will actively co-operate in expanding and supporting our European distribution network and will pro-actively look for appropriate agents, distributors and other trade relations abroad.
You will build profitable long-term relations with our clients and will help them with all their questions and needs.
You will also assist in developing our organisation, as you will translate the needs of the distributors, retailers and consumers within our company.
You will actively participate in implementing the company communication plan, visit trade fairs and will be present at different events.
You will constantly gather customer and market research information, follow-up trends and fashions through talking to clients, reading newspaper and magazine articles, etc.

You will preferably be an accomplished sales professional with an international background and an academic or higher degree in sales or marketing.
You speak and write English and French (Dutch and German are important assets)
You have excellent communication and relationship building skills.
You are able to focus on priorities and to manage your personal agenda.
You are able to work calmly under pressure and solve problems.
You are willing to travel 20-30% of your time.
You are eager to work in a starting enterprise.
You prefer working in a dynamic (and trendy) environment and to embrace a non-nonsense approach.
You love snow and snowboarding and you cannot hide your passion.
